The Next SSHAP Fellowship Is Now Accepting Applications
A new SSHAP Fellowship programme is being launched by the (Social Science in Humanitarian Action Platform) SSHAP and will start in May 2023. SSHAP, which is supported by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office and the Wellcome Trust, seeks to develop future social science leaders who can locally relevantly apply their knowledge to humanitarian catastrophes.
The main goal of SSHAP Fellowship programme is to promote emergency solutions that are efficient, adaptable, contextually aware, and supported by evidence from several disciplines and social sciences. The Fellows are essential to achieving the mission of SSHAP. To support and promote interdisciplinary collaboration and information sharing throughout the Fellowship, the program will connect social scientists with practitioners in the same area.
